Depends how high the property is modern housing estate 3 bed semi 3:5 meter double is plenty . 3 storey town house 4:5 to 5:0 meter is more what you will need

I have a lightweight 3.3m triple which fits inside my van. Got fed up with a 4.5m double which was on my roof rack. Much prefer to have it inside the van, less likely it will go missing.

Get a stand off as well, makes it far easier and safer.

Sky Vac Industrial has all the top motors and parts and will run all day long wheras what you get of eBay for a couple of hundred will do ok for a while but after a while the motors don't suck much..

We use Ramsey window cleaning ladders that are pointers , and also lyte ladders are good avoid the cheap trade ladders like young mans as they are very poor quality

I use Midland ladders for all my ladder stuff. Don't fancy second hand ladders due to trust.
