Cleaning this building

Got a high building to clean. (Three storeys.) This photo is the worst of it and the high places aren't as bad. What's the best way to clean it all? What chemicals? It's in a public place. Will a stiff brush and hose through pole do it?

Needs softwashing , difficult to tell from that picture but paintwork looks ok should come up well

This is the front so I'll need water fed pole to administer and brush whatever I use.

A weak soloution of hypo should do the trick. Three litres of hypo and 17 litres of water in a backpack and start brushing from the bottom up.

I did a similar job to this. 10% hypo at around 4-1 ratio. I made a video of it. Hope it helps.
