Reach For The Glass

Hi guys gav has just built and hosted a new site for me, old ones gone as relocated.

kieron or k in Kent did my last bit of seo work but he is no longer around.

anyone know anything regarding seo as this isn’t gavs area. I have one lead but wondered if anyone else knew someone or knew themselves anything about it.

I know @Chris33 may know a bit and a few others? Any help appreciated guys. Thanks

Best educate yourself mate, everyone and their dog is an seo specialist and I've spoken with many. Keiron was the only one I rate.

So anyway to start this journey break it into sections

Google my business

Directory citations

Image optimization

On page content and titles

Blogs

Backlinks

Meta descriptions and tags

Social media promotion and engagement

These are just some of the main aspects but you will get all you need on them from the likes of moz (website) and I promise you it's a journey worth educating yourself on.

A lot of the aspects you will be able to implement yourself mate. Especially the citations/directory one and look up bright local for this and do a citation burst. Also get on some local directories and industry specific ones too.

Next up...adding a blog section to your site perhaps. Going after long tail keywords (more reading for u) and blogs will add authority to your site and can impact search position or at least be a ranking factor
