Pricing question

Hey lads.Just wondering about pricing softwashing.what sort of money would you charge for a 3 bed semi for example??just about to start advertising for softwashing but afraid of going in too low.Would I be right in thinking about the £300 mark??

Depends on the size as they can varie greatly I would say £300 for a small mid terrace , 3 bed semi from £350 upwards minimum, if you are just starting out and want to get a few jobs under your belt then £300 is ok just be careful that word doesn’t spread that you are cheap
