We might be better with an emersion heater tank up here. I am seriously considering it when I get a tank fitted around new tax year.

I made up a hose connection to connect to hold n cold taps so i could put 30degrees water through the di vessels into tank, but my wife gets annoyed as she needs sink at teatime:-) ive got a 300wt pond heater.

Ive got a connection to convert outside tap to mix hotwater, from house, so i could set that at 30c

It pays to have a good set of waterproofs and a pair of wellington boots today.

Was looking at this to heat water into tank, attach it after di vessel, heats to max 50 degrees using 13amp plug, dont know if water pressure would be ok as dont know what it is coming out of di?

The care homes are the way forward in this game. A company bought my old windy cleaners round and only did the care homes and left the rest. I know why, especially with brown stained windows and sills. I think I went through two cloths, nothing really to wipe and no doors to do.

If it was that bad typically I wouldn't be out, But a full 5 days this week plus I had work left over from last week so needs must.

It will cost a small fortune to run more so filling a tank with 100's of litres of water, My wife asked about one and my the guy who renovated our house warned against one just for general use as a unit like that reheats the water to the maximum temperature every time it's used. Personally, I just don't get the fascination with hot water for wfp  I have managed around 10 years through every winter with cold water.

Yeah it was the same here all day today, consistently chucking down, was drying my waterproof trousers off from yesterdays rain so i didn’t have them, luckily had my thermals on though, my work trousers were soaked through but didn’t feel it against my skin. Long johns save the day [emoji123]

Had a good week this week with the weather down here tbh. Had a bit of rain, drizzle and wind but nothing major.

I am finding that because I don't have to I am working less in undesirable weather though, or it's because I am getting older lol

Today I did a new block of flats we've landed and I had forgotten what it was like at 40ft + in the wind, luckily the way the building is laid out i wouldn't have really "lost" the pole as such.

I did park in the wrong car park at first but that wasn't my fault as I never priced it up lol I have got next door to price up now as well as they were impressed with the results and the fact I cleaned everything (including the brick walls lol)

It was chucking buckets this morning. Had customers texting saying ''you're not coming in this are you?''... They're right i'm not, thankfully its stopping now and I have little enough work that I will still complete it all even if I start at 10.
