Help for pricing please

Hi all. Would you mind helping how much would you charge for this clean. First time clean will be in and out. After that outside only? Down south. Thanks for your help 

up here in the north west  id charge £60 first clean(outside only)and £50 8 weekly on maintenance cleans.i dont clean inside windows.....

Thanks I was thinking £77 for the outside first time. So we ain’t to far of the mark. Not to sure if people are gonna Slate me on here for that price lol.

why should they?at the end of the day its your business you can charge what the hell you like whether it too high or too low for some window cleaners doesnt matter....its if YOUR HAPPY WITH THE PRICE.....thats all that matters.....?....hope you get the job.....

Err on the higher side with all them little panes. Outside wont make much difference with the WFP but insides gonna take a while. I always charge double for insides, they can take it or leave it.

ive learnt my lesson over the years.....for a relatively hassle free round i dont offer inside window cleaning at all anymore,the only time ill relent is the odd inside kitchen window every now and then for an elderly customer......them georgian windows will be a nightmare to clean inside,stay well clear if you want to stay happy in your job!?

I would also be concerned about those 2 roof line windows behind the bay windows. Doing them from each side of the bays will need a long pole.

I doubt my SLX22 or my son's SLX25 would reach them. I would have to crack out my 40' pole for that.

i have a few similar properties on my round,itll be an easy job to clean on maintenance cleans,i reckon 45 mins and that includes getting a longer pole out for the 3 storey windows too....?

Not sure how many are small pains or are the UPVC windows one sheet of glass with the plastic in side the glass ? Outside only £80-100  insides would be double the outside price , not that I would really want to do the insides 

I clean a house pretty similar, the outside is £60, but the inside I clean just before every Xmas for £120. I thought double money would be ok, but tbh it should be £150 for the time it takes. They’re very time consuming.
