Spray and walk away

Has anyone on hear used Kevin Martin from tiling logistics spray and walk away bio products and if so what did you think of it good or bad ? What dilution rate did you use ?  It sais 10-1 on the instructions but this sounds a lot when you look at what this stuff costs it would cost around £120-150 per house at that rate . Ime going to give him a ring tomorrow but just wonderd if anyone hear has any advice about it . 

My biocide is 20 to 30 dilution rate which costs £40 for 5l. Don't think it takes much to kill moss and I will tell you soon after I do the back of my roof.
