Fully branded 2010 Vauxhall Vivaro Long wheel base van, 2.0 CDTI Sportive (Black with chrome finishes).
Low Mileage at 70,049 miles on the clock (will increase slightly due to continued usage until hand over).
Built in Pure Freedom pure water filtration system. MOT till February 2020 two new front tyres just fitted, fully serviced of water system carried out in January. 30ft pole and 4ft pole for exterior window cleaning. Also an extra pole for fascia / conservatory cleaning etc.
Comet FDX 16/250 Pro Cold Water High Pressure Cleaner – with trigger gun, lance, ceramic turbo nozzle and Whirl Away for driveway / patio cleaning.
Rolltek Softwash Petrol Driven Low Pressure Washer – 50 metre hose, quad jet quick release nozzle holder with 0,15,25 and 40 nozzles included.
Full Ridge Gear Roof Anchor Kit – Roof anchor device with D ring, RGA14 Rope Grab Rocker, RGA12R Rope, RGH2 front and rear D Harness.
Loads of other adhoc equipment needed for jobs such as roof ladders and stand off / stabilisers, ladder hooks & manuals, TDS meter.
Customers-
Customers based in the Westlands area of Newcastle Under Lyme and Leek, we have a total of 73 customers mostly on a 4 week schedule. No bad payers and we have declined/filtered out, some customers are also due a price increase.
Approximately £770 in income at the moment however this only includes the window cleaning.
Much more work has been taken from gutter & fascia cleans etc with quotes pending for spring and summer, huge potential for work in the pressure wash and soft washing with summer just around the corner. We recently started to transfer customers to Go Cardless and we use the Squeege app for customer and job management. We get enquiries every week and haven’t advertised the business too much (due to recovering from surgery) so there is loads of growth in these areas approx 2 days a week.
There is lots of potential to build up on the existing window cleaning rounds, and massive potential for up-sells / new customers on the pressure and soft washing.
Business –
Included in the sale is a new website, a facebook page with 140 likes. Also a company phone, linked to the number is on the side of the van. Branded and professionally designed flyers. Business cards designed ready to print. We entered this industry with no experience so we will be more than happy to run through all the equipment with the buyer, introduce them to all customers, hand over any ongoing quotes, work the first month with them and also pass over any knowledge such as techniques, customer management, quoting, advertising etc.
We run this as a highly professional business so please no time wasters as we will only hand this over to someone who is serious about treating their customers right and providing a quality service. We have all receipts and a price breakdown to provide to the buyer.
