Any one else do this...

Rather then having to reach for your scraper for those stubborn bird muck spots, just use the end of the handle on your mop. Just saves a bit of time.

 
The sorbo mops also have them,but it's a 5*5cm pad that kind of flops off to the side. Scrubs better than ungers version, until the sorbo pad tears off in a few weeks. ?

 
My old gaffer used to use the edge of a two pence piece.

Glass was a lot tougher in the old days.

I have seen myself picking it off with a fingernail rather than climbing down the ladder and fetching a scraper but never before lunch time.

I wear gloves these days but carry a piece of 0000 grade steel wool in my pouch which is better than trying to get a blade clean again.
