What are you after? Graphic designer for clothing, logos, van sign writing... Personally I would check Fiverr for someone?

They're your best bet IMO. My logo was designed by the guy who designed my van signage, he just designed what I asked and sent it to me once I paid for the van signage.

I would recommend CCP Design. Did all my stuff and stuff for our other business. Great rates and easy to work with. The guy also use to be a window cleaner so knows what works!

I tried fiverr. Think there was a language barrier as when trying to suggest changes to the logo the person designed. what came back was a tad inappropriate looking. Probably just my requests that messed it up.
