Tank Cleaning whats the best way

Hi

I need to clean tank its a 500l wydale baffeled , is the best way to go

fill it with water and concentrated bleach leave it and scrub ?

only thing is i can only get to half of it !

Put the bleach in first then fill with hose pipe and slosh it around if you can , leave for an hour or so empty and flush out , job done will kill any bacteria and any algi
