Tannin Removal on render

Hi guys,

Anyone ever had to remove tannin from render? It’s something that has come out of the timber decking. Like a brown oil stain sort of. But it is organic I believe. 2.5% hypo didn’t

Basically a hot pressure washer but low pressure producing steam to remove dirt they do work well but expensive to buy , don’t know if you can hire them or not , I have borrowed a friends. (Doff) very similar a couple of times nice bit of kit
