Fascia and soffit cleaning price

I've been asked to quote on cleaning the fascia and soffit boards for a property. 3 bed semi size. I live in Surrey if that has anything to do with the price. I was wondering what sort of price I should be quoting if anyone can help. Thanks

I would have thought the going rate in surrey would be considerably more than that we charge £65 + windows down hear , Surrey is a very affluent area must be £80-100 ?...

all depends how bad they are, I quoted a very large 4 bed house today only £100 very little green mostly dirt 2 hours tops imo and got the job but if it was bad I could have easy charged twice as much
