i use the top one, Spruce recommended it. Very handy. 

Never seen the bottom one but could be very useful to attach my new gutter cam to the pole instead of standard jubilee clip. Cheers mate

Absolutely great for clearing blocked fan jets and to get in-between the bottom of the frame/sill to clean out debris on first cleans!

Great alternative to jubilee clips. Reusable and they don't rust. I've used them to attach a strainer inside my tank and non-return valves
I often use the claw brush for removing gunk out of the gap between the window frame and sill. They are available from Halfords.

I would imagine that those nylon ratchet clips are about as good as they recommend them for, coolant radiator hoses. The inside of a cooling system is low pressure. I would question whether they would stand up to higher wfp pressure though. 

I've seen that ratchet system used with cable management in the automotive industry, but I have never seen the industry using them on coolant hoses.
