Try taking it to an electrical repair shop they will probably be able to fix it it’s more than likely a fault on the printed circuit board .
or remove the battery and use another charger this should get you up and running until you can get it fixed or replaced

Never thought of repair. That could be a good shout.
I have zero electrical skills Dave b. I’d probably set my face on fire. I’d need some help with that. Which means I’d need someone to do it for me.
