Overwhelmed with joy!!

I had a quote to do just before Christmas and the potential customer was hoping for a clean there and then. Due to the weather all of a sudden changing and a storm hitting full on I decided to call the clean off. However I managed to clean for her yesterday as I decided to get a few jobs cleared, and the customer was absolutely amazed at the quality of the clean - her words...... "wow, I can't thnk you enough and I've never had my windows cleaned so well before!" Her previous window cleaner was as she put it 'very pushy and did a terrible job too'. So it's another very happy customer to add to the spreadsheet for next year. It's always a great boost when a customer really appreciates the quality of service that someone delivers.
