Has anyone had issues with hot water causing a pinch in the hose on the reel? Seems to kinda collapse on the first few runs on the reel so I have to strip it all off... Any ideas. Ta

Take all the hose off the reel run hot water through the pole disconnect the pole and whilst the hose is under full pressure wind the hose in this will stop it flattening out , one you have done this I rarely ever get a problem again .

That's exactly what I've been doing but doesn't seem to solve the issue. that was my first thought to leave it under pressure... Maybe I'm holding the rag too tight when I'm winding it back in and compacting it too much

Do you have cheap hose? Mine is thick red hose about half inch thick, its like a hose inside a hose.

Yeah I have the same one, red hose with braid reinforcement and like a clear internal hose inside it
