Thought my shoulders would ache more

When I have read up on the various subjects on here I have come across people mentioning their shoulders aching.... But by christ I've done that many fsg that my chest muscles are aching, is this a come workout this time of year ????

I only really feel sore arms and shoulders when I'm wrapped up in thermals and a coat in winter...... I usually fare well this time of year.

First time in this season for me and the heat is great (except for sunstroke) and I thought my shoulders would be hurting more but nope it's the chest muscles, (not much to start with tbh) ????
