Gardiners return

I've ordered a pole section from gardiners and through no fault of theres I need to return but the box is too big for hermes ,who have folk used to return larger parcels to Cornwall any advice be much appreciated

use fedex. its the reason gardiner use them despite their service sometimes impacting on gardiner.

Check to make sure they can take it, I know a lot of companies aren't taking returns at the moment but not sure about Gardiners.
