Dry resin, can I still use it?

Just went to change my pre filters & resin, the resin in the bag looks & feels dry. I guess I didn’t quite seal the bag properly, or this very hot weather dried it out in the shed. Can you still use it? I remember someone else asking the same thing but can’t remember what people said, and can’t find the page.

If not, luckily I bought a new bag recently as I see there’s a shortage. Wasn’t the Tulsion resin i was after but anyone seen or heard of it before I’ll attach pic:

Yes you can still use it, might not last as long but no point wasting it.
