Water using twin vessels

Hi I am currently using one vessel and the water reading is between 5-10 would I get better results using 2 vessels ? Cheers

Hi Colin, yes you would. The standard practice is to put the second (newer resin) in the second (downstream) position. When you're readings start to climb you would put the second one in number one position to start the process and change the resin in what had been number one and put it in the second position.

Oldest resin goes first in the system, newer resin goes second to polish. In practice, the vessels take it in turn with the newer resin always in position 2

Depending on your tap TDS you might want to consider RO.
