Hi All

Me Again

Havnt done a conny yet and this is my first quote which has one

Edwardian terrace with con. Con hasn’t been done with a long while. Not sure if you can see how dirty in photos. Would have to ladder up on top of extension to get roof of con. Custy seems helpful and offered for me to use his ladder/water hose. I’m thinking it defo needs degreaser(have no nonsense screwfix but not used yet)
Wondering how best to do it and a price it.
He wants regular cleaning probably 6 weekly but obviously first clean Is going to be much harder.
Again I would really appreciate advise

Thanks

It's a glass rough so will take at least twice as long as you expect. That's twice the size I've just quoted £50 to do up here and mine's a polycarbonate roof. That's £100 for me, for a regular customer, and I'd hope not to get it. You being in London I'd expect at least £50 more.

Forgot to say it’s the roof that’s dirty.
custy has been cleaning the rest himself and looks ok

Surely he wont want the roof done often? One side of that looks hard to reach. I had a customer ask me about a glass conny roof last week. had to say would need a think. was wedged in either side by neighbours odd bits of glass roof/canopy thing on one side and extension roof thing on the other side. 🤔 Anyone got a drone wfp thing? 😕

Just front of con and roof. No sides
I asked and he said he wanted on a regular basis as he doesn’t want it getting that dirty again
