insufficient pressure for 100m minibore?

Recommended Posts

Just bought a new hose and reel. Old hose was microbore that I chopped to approx 70/80 to fit on the small reel.

Currently getting no output.

Water is pouring out of the reel connection when unscrewed, but hose is no go.

Ideas? Thanks.

Unreel the hose reel in case you've wound it on the wrong way for starters.

Might need re calibrating on the controller , or an air lock or faulty pump ?... what pump have you got ?. Is the battery ok and fully charged ? Just a few things to check

Most likely kinked and you've not unwound it to check

Have you checked connection INSIDE the reel. If you are using a claber / hozelock fitting make sure it’s clicked on properly.
