Aye, was just telling my mum tonight that everything resembles a row of dominoes. You hit one over and and never know where it will end. Closing the window is a fine example.

Total nightmare, I think he should offer free window cleaning for life, what a shame for all involved
Did that once. Knocked a pot off that cost 150 to be professionally restored.
what puzzles me if that they have to have opened the window and then placed the item in front of the handle as they wouldn’t be able to open the handle with it in the way.... that’s why insurance is key.
