Hard water stains

Hi all. Got a new job Monday but the customer has an issue with hard water stains on one of his windows where he’s had a sprinkler on his grass and it’s hit the glass. Any suggestions on easiest way to get it clean?

I have recently bought HG professional limescale remover. I have a job removing limescale from pvc and will let the forum know the results.
