Wanting to buy a small round in cheshire

Hello all,

I am just starting off on my own, and am looking for a small amount of houses to get me started any where in cheshire but ideally wirral based. 

Obviously as I'm just starting out I dont have the amount of capital in the thousands. So only wanting around £200/£300 worth of work.
