Motorised water fed pole

Recommended Posts

Had a thought while window cleaning today... I wonder how long it will be before someone invents a motorised window cleaning pole that extends/descends with a switch attached to it.

It would make life so much easier!

I've thought about that before. The only practical way to power it would be hydraulically with water pressure. It would be slower than doing it manually though I think. And very heavy!

Yep I think of things like that, would be good for tall commercial windows.

I've toyed with ideas of using my roof bar to loop a rope round to near top third of pole when doing 30ft dormer window that has a silly angle to get to it,totally bursts my shoulders trying to clean it.

Also thought about a contraption that sits on top of large AFrame ladders to rest pole in for soft washing roofs, that swivels.

For roofs you want this takes all the weight off you all you have to do is steer it evan at 50 feet up it’s easy can be done  with one hand
