I was wondering if it would be legal to add this service as part of my cleaning business ?!  I would not prefer to have two businesses when I do self assessment at the end of the year ...

I intend to purchase some tools / machinery too and just keep all invoices as a business expense ?

Many window cleaners do lots of other jobs like handy man / gardening and probably submit the income under one business ?!

I spend many hrs in my shed and few customers asked me to do some stained glass for them so i thought why not -  obviously im not an expert  but  I enjoy it

any advice ?

I think that’s fantastic. Keep your hand in both and see what happens. I’m assuming you can charge a premium for good craftsmanship and it’s great to have something to do when the weathers poor or you want a change. Good for you amigo.
