Purefreedon trolley

Hi I’m new to window cleaning have just brought a Secound hand pure freedom trolley system and on the flow controller I’m getting flashing off on on , I’m getting it to just stay at 0 The to turn the flow up I’m having to press up continually but the numbers just drop back to 0 I also don’t know how to switch it off lol Is their anyone that know what I’m doing wrong. Or is something broke

However not sure why the flow controller goes back to zero after you increase the flow rate.

Thanks have Watched this already this is the same trolley I’ve got how ever mind doesn’t seem to be working like this I can’t get the pump to go it just goes back down the numbers to 0 and I can’t even turn it off ,,,,

To turn it off press and hold the right hand button 

Sounds like the battery isn't fully charged. Charge the battery and see if that works 

Your flow controller is broken.  It happened to mine in about March this year.  You need a new flow controller.

Spoken to pure freedom and they’ve sorted it, it was a broken controller

The most common reason for controller failure is incorrectly connecting the battery up - ie; reverse polarity.

Water ingress into the controller is another reason though its not a common issue.

Can the controller be fixed? Could use this in the van set up.

Depending on the internals and how bad the PCB is. Could be dry joints, Corrosion in the IC legs, moisture damage and so on. Better off start afresh with a brand new controller
