Waste water rebate

Evening guys and gals,

I've noticed a few people say they get a rebate for their waste water when filtering their own pure water at their office/home. How would I go about this with Thames Water and how does it work? Any info would be much appreciated!

You need a sub meter on  your outside tap  , you only pay for the water no sewage charge on the outside water provided it doesn’t go down the water companies drains . 

I originally made an estimate of the amount being used actually for cleaning and they apply a discount to each bill (wessex water)
