So collected the new van today now the work begins fitting it all out ,starting in the morning cutting holes in it for the floor rollers , and hoses for waist and fill and ports for free standing hose reels, the floor is being line-x sprayed Monday , sign writing Tuesday and system fitted either Wednesday or Thursday , electrics over the  next weekend hopefully .

Nice front end, beats the Merc sprinter fit out or American dodge variant

Yes it has cameras and parking sensors but the renault had them as well and I still managed to reverse into a bollard ????
Seen as you work in two man teams maybe you should ask your team member to get out and look for you ?

Even with a camera you still need to have someone check if reversing into traffic. My camera is pointing downwards at the rear bumper. You can buy two camera setups where one is pointing down and the other out at the back but they don't help with what's coming from the sides and they are crazy expensive.

Even with a camera it not easy to totally see where the side rear corners of the van are so I will be fitting a pair of parking sensors into the rear bumper in the future.

Nice one! My new van gets delivered on monday, can't wait to start fitting it out!

The factory fitted camera I had on my L200 was very good and with the decent sized mirrors I had no issues also the L200 had a very decent sized screen to view when in reverse and could check each mirror and the screen as carefully reversing, it boils down to the driver and we all make mistakes at times.

Today I have cut out the sections for the floor  roller system the old adage of measure twice cut once is one I employed in fact I measured 10 times before drilling cutting , cannot afford to get it wrong  ?? I cannot actually fit the rollers yet as the floor is being sprayed with line x on Monday ,then need tk slide the system in and they can then be bolted in .The red tape lines are ware Ime hoping the system will be once bolted in ,

Van floor has been sprayed with line -x  today , very pleased with it and a lot cheaper than speedliner that I had before , sign writing being done tomorrow.

Did you bend your own support bar? It looks like Unistrut
No it’s a factory option it comes with two bars , I have ordered two more and waiting for them to arrive as Ime going to have the poles one side and the ladder the other side , and it needs more support.
