You should ask the company you bought it from, they should have this info at hand.Recently bought the facelift compact 225 that arrives Monday. Is it simple to install? Also how long will the battery last until u need to charge? Also is it simple to remove the battery?
I looked into this system. Best to get split relay fitted imo. Can get it fitted at Billericay. Then your up n running. You should ask the company you bought it from, they should have this info at hand.
Hi, I got it fitted by the recommended installer from Facelift. Also got the split relay fitted so never have to worry about charge. I'd recommend both unless you're particularly handy with electricals/mechanicsRecently bought the facelift compact 225 that arrives Monday. Is it simple to install? I wouldn’t say you won’t ever need to worry about charging again , it all depends how many miles you drive per day ,and what amp hour battery you have ,and what you are running off it . We could never charge our batteries that way running 3 pumps , 9 kw boiler and 2 electric hose reels per van , but if just one pump and big battery you might be lucky .Hi, I got it fitted by the recommended installer from Facelift. Yeah that's a fair point. But was thinking that since this is only a 225l tank, it's going to be less taxing on the battery. From using the 325l system with an electric reel I've not had any issues with charge as yet, even when doing fairly compact work. Can't comment on Ah of battery though, honestly I never paid attention to it.I wouldn’t say you won’t ever need to worry about charging again , it all depends how many miles you drive per day ,and what amp hour battery you have ,and what you are running off it . Obviously the size of tank doesn’t affect the battery but hours of pump usage and number of times the reel is used will , I would still keep an eye on it and charge it regularly from the mains , if it is regularly discharged to much it will drastically reduce the battery life .Yeah that's a fair point.
