Been looking round as to were to begin canvasing today, seen loads of roads cul-de-sacs with nothing but bungalows, so starting there, some dormers but 90% roughly 1 story bungalows. Asking for advice on rough pricing for them, they mainly either semi detached or full detached, I know it depends a lot on type of windows and how many windows etc but looking for rough price expectations for them in Bolton are if possible.

cheers guys and girls

Pricing is always difficult. As area dependant.

Maybe start to quote high than you think and see if you get any takers. Aim to win 75% of quotes. If you win less then too high if more too cheap.
