RO flushing question

I've got a 450gpd RO system.

I only use it once a fortnight to fill my IBC container.

I flush two or three times a week but only for about five minutes a time, is this enough?

I would flush at least once a week and for at least twenty minutes. That's what I do but I'm not that knowledgeable on the subject. I have found from my experience that it's important not to let the water stay still in the system for too long. The tds would go up.

If you are only using it once a fortnight you don't need to flush it that often, once just before you start production is enough.
