You might also need to give people ideas on the payload you need or a minimum. Do you need a small van for say 1 person and 300lts of pure or something much bigger?
3K these days wont get you much - van prices have rocketed over the last 12 months. Vans that would have been difficult to almost give away 18 months ago are up for about 3K!!!!
If you are relying on a van to enable you to ern a living then you might need to up your budget as having an unreliable van is very expensive in repairs and lost earnings!
