Dark green almost turning black

Ive got a small soft wash bungalow to clean was guna hypo it but at front plastic shutters screwd to wall eather side of windows she also wants longer lasting clean so thault bio it walls very green just starting to go black but not quiet will ddac shift or shall i cover the shutters hypo it then bio it after

I would be using hypo and then after a few weeks going back and spraying with biocide to keep her happy. Good work and extra money for the full deal which she will be happy about. 😉

You can do it either way hypo first then bio or bio it then hypo later depending how it looks , we would probably hypo it and not use bio . But would offer a bio annual spray to keep it looking good .

I'm going to Bio a moss covered roof next week. Will be taking photos to see how it turns out. Getting a call every week for roof spraying, it seems like a growing industry. Might even buy the £2k wheel barrow sprayer from Rutland if it continues. 😉
