White spotting on block paving

Hi all,

On a 2 day job and have come across white spotting on block having. Put a 7% hypo mix on it and so far I can’t see any change.
Anyone know how to shift this?

Depending what it is neat hypo on just the bits like this and a rub with a stiff brush then leave it for 20-30 muinits scrub and rinse might help
