Buying a second hand ibc

Buying a second hand ibc and it’s been used for some sort of juice drink .will I still be able to use it for pure water

I was just thinking of giving it a good rinse out ?!

Yeah, a thorough rinsing and it’ll be fine.

Yes the orange Juice ones are the best easy to clean out , just give it a good rinse with tap water and away you go .

Mine must have had some petroleum product in it as it was covered on the inside by what seemed like vaseline or wax. Took ages to clean it! I wish I'd got an orange juice one!

Got mine from a gin distillery. Was class. Didn’t even have to clean it. My water smelled of gin for a while tho.
