Paint removal on softwash job

Job is a school - the maintenance man has attempted to pressure wash this kids paint off the wall but failed ( see pics ?) Anyway want to get rid of it and softwash the wall - would anyone recommend a good paint stripper for that would get rid of it ? Thanks

I would suggest softwashing and then after a few days painting it white with Pliolite white masonry paint. I've used it, oil base masonry paint, great.

Thanks Scottish - ended up as an add on for a school I’m cleaning so given the size of both walls snd my miserly quote I decided to pass on it after a hellish day gutter cleaning on one of the worst designed drainages system s in history haha ? Apreciate the advice and ill defo note it down

Valspar thinners in a spray bottle or a specialist graffiti removal gel
