SQUEEGEE TEXT MESSAGES

Hello !

I'm new to squeegee and was wondering when you send texts to customers (reminder) via the app can they reply at all to that message ?

Why dont you just contact squeegee customer service.

Yes:

1) Click Menu (top left)

2) Click on Settings

3) Click on Notifications & Messages

4) Click on SMS Settings

5) Enter your mobile number where it says "from number or name" at the top.

If you don't want them to reply to your notifications, do not enter your phone number in this field.

In the advanced plan you can also do two way messaging, so all the messages are kept within app and saves clogging up your phones text messages. Also means you can keep your personal number private if you wanted. Best to contact Squeegee though and get their advice on it.
