What’s the worst window you’ve ever had to clean? This is up there for me! covered in cement! Over a hundred of them in this state

This was one of our customers who had to flee her home with her child, when someone deliberately set the flat below hers on fire ?.

There was a spate of them at the time, including someone accidently setting themselves alight and killing himself. Alcohol ? Petrol ⛽ and fire ? don't mix well.

The customers insurance wasn't going to replace the windows for weeks, and she was having to move back in, with all the windows covered completely in soot, like blackout curtains.

She called us, and soapy water ? and some #0000 sorted it, as a short fix before her new windows went in.

We did them for free too.

All the tools were separated to be throughly scrubbed. Yeah it was as black ⚫ as coca cola. But they actually came up not bad. The window frames had started to melt off the wall though.

Cleaned one splattered by a gang of seagulls that must have feasted on dead rats, rotten kebabs and superglue and baked on for a month in the summer! Probably would have been better to replace the unit…
