Hi guys where is the proper or best place to install the the di resin canaster before the sureflow pump or after it? running 25 ltr drums at the moment from back of van before install of van mount hopefully next year?

Sorry if this has been posted before

Thanks Strech

Before DI Vessel then you have less chance or resin beads damaging your pump. You will though have back pressure from the DI Vessel when you stop and start your flow.

Why not just have have pure water in your barrels in the first place?

easiest way is to DI  straight into your tank after your days work...it takes me around 30 mins to purify my water(500l tank)....leave your DI vessel at home not in your van

They both have merits. DI before tank allows you to quick fill your backpack/trolly if needs be. DI after means you don’t feel bad dumping out a tank of water it needs be. This really only is a issue though if you use your van for personal use too.
Either way, make sure you get a float value installed!

Save your money each week and get a van mount faster than next year you’ll see why when you get your van mount. Time halved less messing about with barrels generally so much easier and faster isn’t worth using barrels
