For Sale- Bargain Traditional Work in Liverpool

Mix of 4 weekly and a few fortnightly houses in aigburth. After £350 for the work which is:
4 weekly- 13 houses (a few are fronts only)- £83

2 weekly- 4 houses+2 bungalows (1 is fronts only)- £28.50

Small semi detached houses (takes about 8/9mins per house) and a couple of bungalows. Done traditionally at the moment. Some would be happy to swap to wfp but a couple of them specifically asked us because we do them traditionally. They were put off wfp by a splash and dash guy so you might be able to talk them round if you wanted to convert. No collecting, people either pay on the day or by bacs. Really easy work. Established for about 20 years. 

That’s an avarage price of £6:38 for the first lot and £4:75 for the second lot , is that the going rate in your area ????

Tiny houses, some are fronts only. Earns about £40 an hour at the moment. Didn’t know you were looking to expand your empire to up north. ?

We are up to London but who knows ware we will be working next ????
