Hi guys, just wondering if any of you have ever had any problems when buying a round? Are the clients ever not happy having someone new doing the windows just as I was considering buying a round?

Some people say expect to lose 10% of the work, but if your right with them and do a good job of it, wipe the frames n door down.

Also if the old window cleaner shows you round and sings praises youll do fine mate. Welcome to the wonderful world of window cleaning.

i have had a couple of customers be a bit funny, but not really.

I make sure I speak to most customers or atleast the best priced ones before cleaning, to make first contact and help build some relationship before I ask them for money as a stranger.
