Anybody Know How To Sort This Brodex Pole Out

hi got this pole few month back off here and used it a couple of times, very light......!

 

it is or like the HA31 Hydra Aluminium Pole

 

well im looking at useing it every day as a smaller pole so taken 2 sections off , now even lighter....!

Saw. lol

 

as a last resort maybe,,,,,,,its got a kink in the top of the pole so wont fully close, not a total problem as it still fits in the the van but would be good to cut it down by 12"
