For window cleaning a 14 rung double trade ladder would do for most trad 2 storey work.

For gutter clearing then I would advice you get a trade 12-14 rung triple ladder setup like I use with a ankalad permantly fitted to the ladder also a Microlite stand-off.

i have a triple 10 run trade ladder made by LYTE and a double 10 trade ladder also by LYTE , these aluminium ladders are great and not too heavy to lug around . i buy my ladders from Browns ladders and they give very good service online
