Any Cleaners In Leicester?

Leicestershire has a good variety of work, from high end residential houses £millions to local authority housing and everything in-between; plenty of industrial & commercial buildings. Picking up work is generally consistent throughout the year and has been in previous years.

With a variety of residential Average price would be around £20 -£30, plenty of work at the lower end of the market as well, or you can just go for the high end of the market. £40-60 per hour is possible on residential if you are more selective with your choice of work. Industrial/commercial £60-80 plus. Personally I find winning industrial/commercial easy – a lot of the competition prices are much higher (they take much longer to clean) so if he/she is any good here, work can almost be cherry picked.

Competition is a lot less at the better paying work; the lower end can be a lot more saturated in comparison. So financially it’s ideal to set up as wfp window cleaner because of the work & competition.
