Slight Difference

House I cleaned last week - gutters, soffits & fascia.

Only used a mild pressure washer detergent (forgot the strong stuff, all I had in the van), WFP & a lot of elbow grease.

Surprised it came up so well.

Nope - just up the ladder to spray the detergent on, left for 5 mins & used the pole to give it a good scrub & rinse.
Felt the neck & shoulders the next day!

Was one of a few I had from a contractor, set price for each property cleaned. Nearly fainted when I saw the state of it! Still, what I lost in one I gained in the others :Image9:

Can get caught out bigtime like that giving a block price for jobs and not seeing what needs to be done first on all of them but just goes to show what can be done.
