Just thought I would check how you all take concrete off the windows on a builders clean.

At the moment we use sticky stuff remover on the whole window to help soften the concrete and then lightly use a scraper to try and not scratch the glass.

i usually rest the wfp up against the top of the glass and let the water sheet down the glass when scraping to prevent scratching

acid

if your using a scraper keep the area as wet (lubricated) as possible to avoid scratches.

acid on a window would have to make sure you don't get it on the frames

Never new that I've got builders cleans on Thursday and Friday and I've got to do windows in and out I've got acid would that be worth using then to soften them muck up on the windows?

If you dilute acid. Remember to poor the acid into water. And not the other way round.

And wear gloves with acid.

I personally soak them and go at the concrete gently with a cloth. Always worked for me at least.

Spray on, dissolves concrete splatter rinse off.

Contains nothing harmful, we shall see!
