When you go door to door, when you speak to somebody do you have business cards or flyers to give to the potential custy?

I door knock an give a flyer if they answere or not I simply say "good evening would you be interested in having a window cleaner" if its a no "sorry to bother you"
And it may help finding a good shop and If they don't have many windows get them to promote you ad do then a freebie, always works

Get a big bunch of flyers and every door that doesn't answer, put one through the letter box with / without a price on it. When people do answer and you have a chat, if there is the smallest sign of interest then leave them a flyer or a business card.
